1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms govern use of aLLfixx AI, a product brand of XCGS AI LLC. Read these Terms together with the Privacy Policy, Security page and Refund & Cancellation policy. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
2. Service description
aLLfixx AI provides chat assistance, model selection, image/video generation flows, source-backed responses, conversation history, and account settings. Some capabilities are conditional on service availability, account state, or configured integrations.

3. Eligibility and lawful use
Use the service only when you can legally agree to these Terms and when your use complies with applicable law. Minimum age and guardian-consent policy require final business and legal approval before payment activation.
4. Accounts and credential responsibility
Account authentication is implemented with email/password and optional configured social providers. You are responsible for account credentials and account activity under your control.
Keep your credentials confidential and notify support if you suspect unauthorized account access.
Authenticated users can request account deletion from account settings using explicit confirmation. Account deletion does not claim immediate removal from every backup or operational log.
5. AI output limitations
AI outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, biased or outdated. Outputs are provided for assistance and are not a substitute for professional advice. Verify important legal, medical, security, financial and technical decisions independently.
6. User content and uploads
You are responsible for messages, prompts, uploaded files and generated requests you submit. Submit only content you are authorized to use and share.
Attachments are ownership-scoped. Temporary upload metadata and files may be retained to support chat and media workflows, including durable storage for message-linked media.
7. Acceptable use and prohibited misuse
Do not use the service for illegal activity, fraud, abuse, harassment, malware, credential theft, unauthorized surveillance, or attempts to bypass access controls.
Do not interfere with service integrity, impersonate others, or use outputs to violate rights, privacy, or safety obligations.
8. Subscriptions, pricing and billing status
Plan prices and durations are displayed from application configuration. Current UI plan selection is informational only; no live checkout is active in this release.
Before payment activation, checkout must clearly disclose final payable amount, currency, billing period, recurrence status, renewal behavior, cancellation process, and any applicable taxes or provider fees.
9. Renewal and cancellation
Automatic renewal is not active in the current checkout flow. Recurring charges must not begin without clear disclosure and required consent at checkout.
No live subscription management, billing history, invoice, or cancellation backend is active. Paid-subscription cancellation policy details are BUSINESS INPUT REQUIRED and must be disclosed before paid sales start.
10. Refund handling
Refund standards, timelines and exceptions are governed by the published Refund & Cancellation policy and applicable law. Final refund windows and eligibility values are BUSINESS INPUT REQUIRED before payment launch.
11. Third-party providers and integrations
The service may use third-party providers for AI processing, authentication, storage and future payment operations. Third-party services apply their own terms and privacy practices.
Google Drive integration remains disabled until production token-storage and identity adapters are activated.
12. Intellectual property and feedback
Your pre-existing rights in content you submit remain yours. aLLfixx AI branding, product UI and related materials remain protected by applicable rights.
If you provide feedback, you grant permission for product improvement use without creating ownership in product IP.
13. Service availability and changes
Features may evolve, be rate-limited, or be unavailable temporarily. Material product, policy, or pricing changes should be communicated through updated notices.
14. Suspension and termination
Accounts or access may be limited or suspended for abuse, legal risk, security risk, or policy violations. Final enforcement, review and appeal procedures require formal publication before payment launch.
15. Disclaimer, limitation and liability scope
The service is provided on an as-available basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or output accuracy. Any final liability framework remains subject to legal review and cannot override non-waivable legal rights.
16. Governing law and disputes
Delaware, United States Any venue, arbitration, or dispute procedure terms require final legal review and publication.
17. Changes to these Terms
Version and last-updated values identify current policy text. Continued use after a material update may require fresh notice or consent where required by law.
